I met a guy who only allowed clients who agreed to a monthly EFT and if 
that failed, he had an easy shutoff.  That's the best solution/approach, 
imo.  Check out the monthly EFT report and disable those who's EFT 
failed or didn't appear on the report.  No chasing debts with his 
approach.  NICE.
