Saw this in a MySQL email today: "Are you concerned about the new licensing and pricing of Microsoft SQL Server 2012? Try our TCO calculator to discover how MySQL Enterprise Edition enables you to reduce your database TCO on Windows by up to 96 percent* over Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition."
I've heard a few other sources mention a concern for the new pricing. I don't use it so I have no need to invest resources/times to find out...but for those in the zone on that product--is it really much more expensive? -- Mike Babcock, MCP MB Software Solutions, LLC President, Chief Software Architect http://mbsoftwaresolutions.com http://fabmate.com http://twitter.com/mbabcock16 _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
