Sure!

For example it should never be allowed to tell commerce what to sell or
not. Ergo drugs should be allowed.
It should never be allowed to tell groups what to buy or not. So
monopolies and cartels should be allowed, even though that would
invalidate the free play of prices.
Hospitals are also commerce. The state should never be allowed to
regulate them.
Food is also commerce. The state should never be allowed to mess with
that market, or to say what may or may not be sold and in what way. Sod
the cold chain, let the buyer beware.
It should never be allowed to dictate what to import or export. So China
would be able to export to USA whatever and as much as it wants. So
would Cuba.
It should never be allowed to dictate with which country to do business
or visit. So USA citizens would be able to go to Cuba.

I hate those US commies who forbade for decades commerce with Cuba!
