You could do that, or you can print a label with the postage. I think your way is probably better for what they do. I have a program for another client that copies the address to a temporary database 10 times, then prints a sheet of ten labels, and as many copies as you want from the printer dialogue. If these are regular clients, then your way is best, if it's a one-time client, then a thermal label printer would be best.
