You could do that, or you can print a label with the postage.  I think your way 
is probably better for what they do.    I have a program for another client 
that copies the address to a temporary database 10 times, then prints a sheet 
of ten labels, and as many copies as you want from the printer dialogue.     If 
these are regular clients, then your way is best, if it's a one-time client, 
then a thermal label printer would be best.

Hello Michael,

These labels will be mailing labels.  They have been hand writing them 
to mail documents to these clients.  The president hates that it doesn't 
portray a professional image.  They figure they'll print 1-3 copies of 
the labels, and stick the extras in the folder for future use; print 
more when required.

I was hoping to keep it simple for them with a SET PRINTER TO NAME 
{label printer name} and then print the labels and return to the default 
printer with a SET PRINTER DO DEFAULT when done.
