Kevin - I just looked at that link you gave us. The Zebra printers you referred to - they have these big ones - expensive and Overkill for your needs. But, they also have small ones - like that Brother one in the link - which I used at a previous job - and it was a nice one. I just don't know the model # for it.
Also, as others have suggested - you can also just print to a Laser Jet printer. We've done that A LOT for many of our clients at the co. where I am work at by day! -K- -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kevin Cully Sent: Wednesday, May 09, 2012 9:22 AM Hello. I was perusing through the ProFox archives about the discussion on label printers. (Thanks to Ed for the excellent resource!) I saw positive reviews on the Zebra label printers but they seem like overkill for this light-duty purpose. I have a need to print labels from a VFP application, from about 10 different application users. Probably just 10 labels a day or less. I was looking at the Brother BL-580N http://amzn.to/IVESpE I have had good results with Brother printers, and with this label printer being networkable, it is very appealing for the price. Opinions? Alternatives? Thanks, Kevin _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/289ea162f5642645b5cf64d624c66a140e260...@us-ny-mail-002.waitex.net ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
