May I remind you that people are starving to death. Photos similar to anorexia victims or concentration camp victims are coming out. There are no cats or dogs left in the country, they've all been eaten. North Koreans are, on average, 3 inches shorter than South Koreans due to malnourishment. There is no power at night. People are forbidden to have cell phones, radios, televisions that can pick up outside information. Most of the capital city is made up of hollow shells of buildings with no purpose other than to look like a city. People die in the streets and are picked up by government street cleaners.
It is different than Pakistan and India having nukes because they care whether they die or not. Pakistan and India also never fought a war against the US.
