Anyone who would fire someone simply because a computer said so is an idiot. Stuff happens, accounts get bothersome, etc etc etc. Any number of things can easily explain why she only worked 2 accounts. OTOH she could be sitting there filing her nails for all anybody knows... if it's a one off that's one thing; if it's systematic then they should deal with it. Does she otherwise make her numbers/quota? If so I wouldn't worry about it. If not - deal with it - that's what friggin managers are for... If you are (hopefully) using an application framework such that you can change behavior on all your forms, perhaps the Account Entry screen, that timestamps user/datetime each time it is opened. Or timestamps for edits done on accounts/notes etc. I've done this before for auditing purposes and it was easy peasy...
