I write specifications, do testing and handle tech support for several VFP 9 applications. My programmer is on vacation and I have an irrate user who can't print 1 report to 1 printer although other users can print the same report. The application is on a network and she's so angry I thought I'd ask for suggestions about what I might try. I can't change the report or application. I updated the user's software yesterday but so what? The error message she gets is Error Loading Printer Driver. Method: Control App._PrintDialogue. and she can print to the printer from other applications, even other reports from this application. The report previews okay and at this point should display a screen with Windows printer options. I think I'm stuck until my programmer returns and don't know what he can do anyway. Any thoughts other than next take my vacation the same week as my programmer?
