What Jeff said.  The backup 'Fails', but everything except the problem 
file is there and just fine.

Also, for each SyncBack schedule entry, click Modify, and there's a 
button to 'Choose sub-directories and files' that will let you include 
or exclude a specific file or directory.  Easy to put the recycle bin in 
there.  (I know, because I was having problems with a Windows Security 
Essentials file.  Easier to exclude it than to figure out how to copy it.)
