Jeff is right, it may say it fails, but basically fails on files that are in use or have different permissions or other reasons. I would just ignore.
If you want, you should be able to build a profile that just ignores those items. You'll have to change the directory settings in windows to show hidden files and directories. ________________________________ From: Jeff Johnson <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 8:44 PM Subject: Re: Backup On 07/10/2012 04:11 PM, Sytze de Boer wrote: > I hope this is not OT > If it is, I apologize > > I use Syncback > One of the profiles backs up a network drive where I store a lot of VFP > stuff > Syncback is failing because of an error in the Recycle bin on that drive > > Now, I didn't know there was one there (on that drive) > How do I remove it if you can't see its there > Is it somehow related to the Recycle bin on my desktop > Sytze: I use Syncback also (love it BTW) and it sometimes fails on a system file that is in use and it tells me it failed. When I look at the log, it tells me that everything was backed up except the files it failed on. I also verified many times that everything is backed up except those files. That is fine with me.
