Kevin,
There is a really nice Wordpress plugin that allows you to upload and enter
images at the same time. The default Wordpress way is to upload first then
drag/drop into the post from the media library.

Hey Virgil,

I have a client that is hosted at GoDaddy.com.  I just installed Wordpress
for them.  It only took about 5 minutes to install.  (More time to customize
it for their particular needs however.)  Wordpress is free at Wordpress.org.
I believe that it allows for image uploads from that administration panel.
