Thanks Dave. So far, the client hasn't asked for it but I'll keep that
in mind.
So far, I've installed these plugins:
* "Static Front Page" so that when the URL is brought up, it displays a
particular page use as the "Home" page.
* "GPixel-Contact" which is a simple contact form that visitors can fill
out for more information.
Wordpress is really impressive on how simple, and yet how flexible the
product is.

I have a client that is hosted at GoDaddy.com. I just installed Wordpress
for them. It only took about 5 minutes to install. (More time to customize
it for their particular needs however.) Wordpress is free at Wordpress.org.
I believe that it allows for image uploads from that administration panel.
