Adjust two registry settings.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    SYSTEM
        CurrentControlSet
            services
                LanmanServer
                    Parameters
                        autodisconnect
Set to the maximum value of ffffff hex. (The default value will be f hex.)

The other setting probably does not exist, so add it.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    SYSTEM
        CurrentControlSet
            services
                lanmanworkstation
                    Parameters
Create a Dword 32 key name it "KeepConn" and set this value to the max of 65535 decimal.
