I am making an application that will go through an inbox. When it finds an

I am part of a charity that helps the homeless. From a webpage form, I
receive an email whenever someone registers to volunteer on-line. (I am
using wordpress with the appropriate plugins.)

It comes with a subject line: KW Out of the Code Registrant

While I'm going through the inbox, I would pick out all messages with the
above subject and then update some tables.

Does that help explain it? I want to step though the emails in the inbox
looking for emails with a specific subject.

For you, I'd suggest you scratch your own itch by parsing the email inbox.
Thunderbird is well-documented, and VFP's string and file handling
functions are pretty spiffy.
