      Well, I did that all myself some years back.  I described the basics
in another post.  I revised my report classes to allow for PDF output and
added another program for sending the E-mail.

      I had to deal with allowing multiple invoices and other things
(statements, for one) having to be attached to the E-mail.  That is why
E-mailing is separate from printing.
