If you're talking about Tablets, yes.  Everybody's already into Phones,
but Tablets are still a big growth area.

If you're talking about office PCs, I don't think so.  There are two
reasons:
  1) Touch in not a natural fit for desktop devices. PC monitors stand
up, and touch is not a natural motion for something vertical and in
front of you.
  2) Touch is not a natural fit for the kind of applications that run in
the office.  Office apps are heavily into displaying lots of info that
can be scrutinized, rearranged, and edited.  The mouse does that lots
better than your fingers do.

There are (see SmartPhones) many things that touch works great for.  But
we won't be doing them on PCs.


Touch won't go on the desktops because users arms will get tired very fast. It's not natural.
