Thus the installed apps work one way but nothing else as of yet. I am hoping that I can get a laptop with the touch screen and Win8 at steep discount knowing that the sweet deals M$ will put out to dumb it down to 7.5 will be right around the corner. Currently I am working on prototypes for C# apps that are deployed on iPhone and Android as well as Win Phone.
