I read it as "This OS is so different"  That means software companies
didn't have time to overhaul applications that took advantage of how 8
could work.

Thus the installed apps work one way but nothing else as of yet.

I am hoping that I can get a laptop with the touch screen and Win8 at steep
discount knowing that the sweet deals M$ will put out to dumb it down to
7.5 will be right around the corner.

Currently I am working on prototypes for C# apps that are deployed on
iPhone and Android as well as Win Phone.  We are testing localized data to
wireless connection and being able to swap out as required.
