I restarted the machine, I have all of the network stuff set up. I can
access all of the other computers on the network, just not the file
server. I noticed it is a Windows Live Account rather than a local
account. But why can I access all of the other computers? And why did
it start today vs. yesterday?

Can the W8 machine access any other network resources? (I turned off my
