Take a look at what this guy thinks a combined Windows 8.2 with Metro AND Classic interface should look like and how it should perform.
http://jay-machalani.squarespace.com/blog/2013/12/12/fixing-windows-8 He has it bang on the button. M$ should employ him straight away. His ideas are sensible, well thought out and actually logical, giving Windows the look and feel of the device you are actually using it on OR the look and feel that the user wants. I think the idea of the "Start" button containing metro apps/thumbnails is excellent. Give it a look/read. I like my camera, camcorder but decent on line memory is expensive. I have a surface and my skydrive does not sync very well. The shared office is nice but without the attached keyboard it takes too long to enter data. If I ever master PHP-MySQL then I'll put most everything in a cloud format. I can print off a network printer (I think... haven't tried) Gary Jeurink -----Original Message----- From: AndyHC [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, February 11, 2014 1:52 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NF] Our Love Affair with the Tablet is Over ... then you could add a keyboard and a decent display, maybe a printer... <g> On 11/02/2014 12:14, [email protected] wrote: > sry, you are correct.
