He has it bang on the button. M$ should employ him straight away.

His ideas are sensible, well thought out and actually logical, giving Windows the look and feel of the device you are actually using it on OR the look and feel that the user wants. I think the idea of the "Start" button containing metro apps/thumbnails is excellent.

In the same vein, InfoWorld came up with a set of suggestions which they call Windows Red.

Give it a look/read.

It appears reasonably written, but I can not tell much as I only used Windows 8 one day briefly. That hour was enough to frustrate me terribly.

I suspect that Microsoft will ignore most suggestions regardless. Too bad. I got bit on Windows 7. I am not keen to do it Microsoft's way now. W8 = Wait. Windows 9 might end up being Nein for me.
