It is only good if it was just like the last one? I tend to not put the demands on my train ability as another products value. I try to let that product stand on it's own and judge it that way. Many times designers know a lot more about functionality and usage than us ordinary folk. I attempt to grasp their intent instead of fight it because my rote memory and reflexes no longer fit the item at hand.
