I want to bring financial data into a "Neat" scanning system. Their system is designed to scan paper financial documents but has a provision called "Send to Neat which consists of a printer driver that captures an image sent to it.
My assumption is that the OCR will function most efficiently if the image is relatively small with very clearly defined field names and values. I have a report defined to print on a 4 x 5.5 inch rectangle and am trying to have the output image be that size. The output when viewed from Neat does show the desired rectangle but it is on the upper left corner of an 8.5x11 space. There must be a setting somewhere to allow what I want but I haven't found it. Any pointers on where the settings I need will be welcome. If someone else has worked with the Neat scanner system and has a better way to bring in VFP data that info will be welcome as well.
