She got you back. As you made her work harder she took it as a dare.
Yeah, well, she got a pretty nice hand slap because of the 'event.' I've
instilled a healthy fear of "user-caused infection" in the
management-level peeps.
On a related note, anyone run into "My Search Dial" malware infections?
Nasty stuff! Hard to remove. Not cryptolocker level by any means, but
still insidious.
What I've not yet figured out is how she, using a limited user account
with no installation privileges, downloaded and installed some kind of a
zip program and My Search Dial modified all three browsers (IE, Firefox,
Chrome). Browser modification, sure, but she shouldn't have been able to
install an app.
