Laurie It was called IMAGEDIT.exe and the one I occasionally still use is dated 8/21/1996. It even works on my Windows 8.1 pro laptop. It creates 16x16 and 32x32 in up to 16 colors. If you can't find it anywhere else, I can send it to your personal email address.
