On the subject of icons, does anyone know the right one for the task bar?

It was called IMAGEDIT.exe and the one I occasionally still use is dated
8/21/1996. It even works on my Windows 8.1 pro laptop. It creates 16x16
and 32x32 in up to 16 colors.
