City of Berlin Going from OpenOffice Back to Microsoft Office

That makes sense when you read this part:
"Their predicament is understandable because the city is using a very old edition of OpenOffice, which dates back to 2010."

I haven't had any problems with Libre Office, including with DOCX, etc. (Newest version - I had small problems last year)

I'm bummed because I was doing fine without MS, but I'm going to have to load it on the new computer simply because one program uses Office automation, and I have to be able to test it.
