I have been very happy with Mikogo. Used to be Beam Your Screen. I
use it for demos, customer support & training, and file transfer.
~$300 one time charge but easy use and file transfers both ways work
great. I can pay a little more to have up to 10 people on there at
the same time.
Like you (iirc), it's only me so support will always be just them and
myself, so "up to 10 people on there at the same time" --while
nice--isn't needed for me. (Do you ever need more than one? Or
perhaps this is for a remote conference of sorts whereby you could
have 9 of your clients watching what you're demoing on your machine?)
Michael: I only have the one user version, but I plan on giving
webinars and will pay the extra fee to add 10 users at a time. I have
tried everything and this one works the best for me. Access is on my
web site, file transfers are very easy, and I can easily switch between
their desktop and mine. I use it almost daily. I just this month ran
into my first customer that will not allow me to connect to their
system. I send them inno setups.
For giving demos it has an html viewer option that doesn't install anything.
