Hi All,
I've used ShowMyPC for a while, and it works great when you are working with the
end-user. Once in a while you have problems connecting, but it is Free...
If you have to have an always-connection, they offer that for $5.00 per month
per machine - you can set it up for your user and ShowMyPC will bill their
credit card.
Just another option.
