My friend brought me the above laptop and when he logs in he gets a
black screen. That's it. I let it sit for 15 minutes until the HD
light stopped. He thinks he installed a PC Cleaner program with his
printer software. I have tried all of the suggested methods to get to a
safe mode with no luck.
I want to get to the remove programs screen and remove any garbage that
may be in there.
Any ideas?
