Not my computer. He took it back to Best Buy and they charged him $150
to clean his computer and $50 for some super duper malware software.
He's happy so I'm happy.

- From the black screen press ctrl+alt+del and run Task Manager.
- Click on file -> run and type 'control'. This opens control panel.
- Uninstall the latest program that was installed.
