I would think M$ has a reason for what its doing. And has something in mind
to take over. However I am intrigued with the Apple and Linux part. It shows
either confidence in Windows or a suicide nature

I agree w/Thierry in Theory. My last job - their application is purely
web forms based - based upon Oracle and Oracle forms & Java. And,
generally speaking - its a VERY Solid application. With some clients
having maybe 50 users or More!
