Not a lot of info, so wild guess: Your app used COM, DCOM, ODBC or Office Automation to generate the Excel files, and she doesn't have the components needed, or they're corrupt, or the registry is bonked.
Figure out the difference between her machine and the others where it runs. Office version? OS version? oh, and turn it off and back on again!
