Lots of languages have had some or all of those features for a long
time. The implicit typing (like var in C#) is common in higher level
languages, but newer in more statically-typed languages.

Swift outside of iOS development doesn't look to have that much new
stuff, however it is supported, evolving and will soon be open-source
and so will appear on other platforms.
