You would like to use a "wireless bridge." Several companies sell
specific products to do this, or you can hack a LinkSys WRT54G or
equivalent to do this for you. The bridge acts as a client on the
wireless network on one side, and as a router and switch on the other.
I Googled around to find instructions on doing it with a WRT54G and
found a couple pretty good HOWTOs. Sorry, I didn't save the links, but
Google ought to find them again.
