Definitely! While there's NO guarantees in life expect for taxes and death, I will say that my 3+ year experience with LunarPages has been incredibly positive. My previous hosting experiences (with other big name hosting firms) were diastrous nigthmares. I feel pretty confident that LunarPages will honor its advertised hosting features.
