I'll probably still pay it, but wanted to poll the community here to see if anyone is using something else and loving that as much or better than LMI. I've used Teamviewer for years. Very happy with it, but as I only use the personal version, I can't weigh in on pricing. I don't use it for customer support. I have a company GoToMeeting and use that.
