I use Webex Remote Support at work since it's what the organisation uses but it's fairly crap. Connected to the desktop of a Windows 7 or later machine that is set to dim the desktop on UAC prompts? Be prepared to be unable to see or click anything until a human at the other end clicks 'OK' for you. Every other remote control solution can handle this.
