Thanks all

Hmm, I didn't know about TrixBox. I shall download an ISO and check it
out in a MS VPC? Will it work under MS VPC?

"The system I installed runs on 10 broadband lines each one supporting 2
x BT VOIP phones. Don't ask why I have 10 broadband lines - it's a bone
of contention betw3een me and the client, but I'm stuck with them and it
runs very well. I route each set of 2 x VOIP phones out through the
Asterisk box onto the appropriate Broadband channel and voila."

Who, a lot of bandwidth is required then, or is that the bone of
contention? What sort of bandwidth would be needed to run say 8 voip
lines? Not going to be all running at the same time!
