So - exactly how many emails did you send? On that webpage - there's a mention of 0.57% work wanted emails sent. But, was not really sure of the final # of emails sent. Also, on that webpage - you show the content of an email. Was that actually the email you sent out?
If so, Ouch - considering what you wrote, and point them to a DB access form, where they can pull up the Info that YOU have stored about them - I can't imagine someone reading that would be very Comfy with it!
