No, what's being said (in my understanding of it anyway) is that a company who thinks their revenue stream is more important than their customers needs, and in fact try to use the law to restrict their customers from doing things that they might reasonably want to do, reasonably except that it might reduce said company's revenue, should be brought to it's senses, as quickly as possible.
