Not having a degree is definitely a problem when it comes to management jobs unless people know your work. There are so many folks with MBA's now that it is tougher for a guy that didn't spend the time and money to get at least the 4 year degree. I know it has been easier for me because I have a degree. Of course that's why I got one in the first place, though. Have you thought about going back to school? Maybe this is the right time to do that.
