There were more reports that did not come to this conclusion. Only
those that did were accepted by the Bush Administration for inclusion
in their presentations to the public and even to the congressional
intelligence committees. This has been confirmed by several members
of the CIA, including some who quit in protest over the "cherry-
picking" of intelligence.
"Best Minds" do not only cite evidence that supports their desired
conclusion.
