Nobody said they were incompetent. I personally think they're the best job that they can and I'm more then satisifed with their response to terrorisim.
Now if you want to talk about the offshoring of jobs, then I'll be the first to say that their economists are a bunch of yes men and they should be replaced by somebody like me that would ask questions instead of telling you what you want to hear.
