Nobody said they were incompetent.
I personally think they're the best job that they can and I'm more then
satisifed with their response to terrorisim.

Now if you want to talk about the offshoring of jobs, then I'll be the first
to say that their economists are a bunch of yes men and they should be
replaced by somebody like me that would ask questions instead of telling you
what you want to hear.

Your whole defense of the Bush Administration is based on your belief the
Bush Administration was unknowing mislead by the intelligence community;
when, it appears more likely that the Bush Administration was leading the
intelligence community to fabricate intelligent to support an already
defined policy to go to war with Iraq, for whatever reason finally become
the one history will record.

Given the facts that are know today, that is a pretty thin assumption on
your part.  Do you think the Bush Administration was so incompetent it was
mislead by the CIA, NSA, etc.  I think the more logical conclusion is the
Bush Administration knew exactly what it was doing and was the deceiver, not
the deceived.
