I find that the argument of "raising the value of your house is a good thing" to be extremely bogus. It only applies to when you sell your house. If you don't intend to sell your house for a long time, you don't want to increase the value; it only raises your taxes which are never recovered when you do finally decide to sell. You should think of making changes to your home as a personal pleasure or convenience thing, not that it raises the value of your house. I get tired of politicians and contractors using the argument that their services will raise my house's value. They are only trying to get something for themselves. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
