Actually, for clients running Win2k SP4 I am in no hurry to move them to XP as Win2k is so stable and takes a smaller footprint. As for Vista, I will have to deal with it at some point as manufacturers start to pump their PCs out with it. I have decided to bump a 2Gb PC to 4Gb of RAM, and install Virtual PC 2007 when it is released (beta now), then run Vista as a Virtual PC with 2 Gb RAM allocated to run Vista. That will initially only be for testing my apps for Vista compatibility. Once the first SP comes out I will install Vista Ultimate on that machine, and use VPC for run the XP and previous Win OS versions in VPC.
