        The remark about PowerPoint training was directed toward a recent  
discussion here about Linux being used by an *elementary* school  
system, wherein a couple of folks suggested that kids should only use  
Windows and Windows Office apps, since that's what they'll need to  
know when they graduate from college 15 years from now.

        My point, and one which I think this video made very clearly, is  
that *anything* you learn today will be obsolete by then. It's so  
much more important to teach them about these tools and how they work  
so that they can apply that knowledge to whatever comes down the  
road, and maybe even create something better.
