I don't have crashes too often, but I see excessive memory use on both XP and W2K with FF. With less memory, I could see this causing a crash... I did a quick check online about the memory usage, and someone suggested turning off some memory caching of website content-- or at least adjusting the size-- but it didn't seem to help, and IIRC, something didn't work right... Typically the memory in my systems is enough that I don't notice the 100-200MB that Firefox uses, and if it's an issue I just restart it... -- Derek _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
