Dongles are not much of a PITA because you set them once and pretty much forget 
about them.  The difficulty, if any, comes in when you have a network 
configuration because unlike a software key that can be stored in multiple 
locations, the computer hosting the dongle must be online.  It's not a big deal 
until someone turns it off.
