Ted's right.  Remember that FPW was developed without any assistance from M$.  
The Fulton team had to contrive almost everything to get it to work as well as 
it did.  There had to be some bad blood there and if it spilled into the code 
and/or comments and that stuff is still around ... oh boy!  So I agree with Ted 
but I am more inclined to believe that exposing the code would be a major 
embarrassment to M$.
