That'll never happen---they're outsourcing NOT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND 
THE LOCAL TALENT but instead because of the cost-savings, as they work 
for a FRACTION of what the U.S. software engineer works for!!!!!!!  
Isn't that obvious to everyone?  Surely nobody buys that bullshit 
argument about "can't find the local talent" crap....they left out the 
rest of the sentence:  "can't find the local talent to work for a 
fraction of the regular wages."
